Do you have a catalog? No we do not. The website is the best way to see our products if you are unable to visit our store.
I don't like ordering online, can I just call in my order? Absolutely! Call us toll free at (800) 489 body (2639) or fax your order to (928) 773 1616. Rest assured, we use a secure server, and it is perfectly safe to order online, but we're happy to help you with your order however you wish!
What form of payment can I use? We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.
Do I have to pay sales tax on my order? At present, we are only required to collect sales tax for Arizona residents (as that is our state of residence).
How long have you been in business? P.J. Chilcottage has been in business since May of 1994 in downtown Flagstaff Arizona.
Who is processing my order? The same friendly faces that you see in the store will be packing and caring for your order. Know that there is always a real person on the other side of the computer and/or phone!
What if I don’t like my order? We do the best job we can describing the products online. But if you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please call us and we will gladly arrange a return and/or replacement.
How long will it take for my order to ship? We process and ship most orders the same or next day (except for weekends). We ship UPS Ground, which typically takes 2-7 business days, depending on how far away you live from Flagstaff, Arizona.
Do you gift-wrap? Absolutely! We can prepare gift boxes at your request. Please note in the Comments area that you would like your order gift-wrapped and we will take care of that for you.
What if I can’t find something on your website? If there is something you saw in our store and it isn’t on the website please give us a call or click on the Contact Us page and we will let you know if it is still available.
